This challenge is about applying a lifestyle change that will take you out of your comfort zone over the 6 weeks.
Nutritional and physical training evidence gathering required to show your improvement.
Commit to 4 classes per week and meet the expectations of the package.
Cardio, Strength and Endurance, improved knowledge, confidence and resilience within an engaging environment.
This is specific to the training elements of boxing and requires commitment and application.
Students will be put through a specific training and development program with Victor Nagbe.
This is a 12 Month membership and opportunity to attend some dynamic and engaging workouts.
Each day is a themed day and applies a variety of physical training workouts
These workouts improve not only your physical development but your co-ordination, posture, and core.
To provide a platform for young students to develop key skills that will encourage participation, development and action.
The students first have to learn the basics and gradually build on their motor skills and overall wellbeing.
Over time students will be introduced in to the more technical areas of boxing.
This is an opportunity to attend the gymnasium at any given time and have access to use the fixed machines (weights, cardio equipment).
You will still have to run through an induction process to ensure your ability to use the equipment
